April is an outstanding realtor. My sister put me in touch with her, about 18 months prior to our house going up for sale. I told April what I needed in order to sell the house. Basically, whenever the market improved to the point that I could get out from under the mortgage, which was significant. April did not forget to contact me, and she was able to get the house on the market and sold, at a time that met my needs and then some. I would refer April to any buyer or seller. As a side note, we live in New Jersey. April made sure to keep me and my wife fully informed, despite the time and distance issues.

I was so worried about finding a Realtor as my house was under and we planned to move to Nevada at retirement. April was recommended to me by two close friends. What a blessing. She held my hand through the process, reassured me, and was there for me. She was awesome with her negotiation skills, with our best interest as her goal. My house sold for asking price, cash, and I actually made some cash on a house that I thought I was going to loose.
