Lindsay Kay is amazing to work with and I would definitely use her again in the future! We didn’t have an agent while looking for a home so we used her because she was representing the seller. She was extremely honest, upfront, and was able to help us throughout the entire home buying process. It was our first time purchasing a home which can be very scary and stressful, but she made it stress free with her great communication skills, non biased recommendations and knowledge of the industry. I was referred to Lindsay via close friend that had hired Lindsay a few months prior.
My friend expressed her happiness of Lindsay & the professionalism displayed during their transactions. My personal experience with Lindsay during an extremely difficult time in my life is beyond words. Lindsay was so kind, understanding, supportive, professional at all times, & helped me to have an easy process in the selling of my house. I live in the High Dessert, the home sold was in Chino. Lindsay immediately drove down the hill to see the property & never once complained about the drive etc. She handled all the "details" with such grace, patience, most important of all professionally.
