How do I start...First and foremost...Jose Perez is the a wonderful Real Estate Professional!From the first day, Mr. Perez treated my husband and I as if we were his only clients. Returned our calls and emails timely. Explained any and all questions we had. Listed our home beautifully. We had an offer within 2 weeks! This was our first we purchased, and I was very thankful to say that Mr. Perez treated our home like his own. He is truly a outstanding and compassionate agent. Thank you again so much!

The service provided by Jose Perez was outstanding. Being a first-time homebuyer, I was fortunate to have found Jose who was very knowledgeable and made the homebuying experience as easy as possible. His response time was quick. As soon as I contacted him, he immediately shared listing information and we were viewing houses soon after. He has a very friendly demeanor making me feel very comfortable looking at different houses and asking numerous questions. Jose really cares about his clients and is there to help any way he can. He also has great communication and works efficiently. He kept a consistent communication with the selling agent and we were able to close relatively quick. Overall my experience was positive, I got a house I am happy with and a deal I felt very comfortable with.

I'm so lucky to have Jose my agent because I live far away from my property but my house is the mess when I get back from the tenant . Jose be able to help me all the help I need so I don't have to travel back and forth that safe me a lot of time and money. When the house is finally on the market we have so multiple offer and we got offer over our asking price. My wife and I very please with Jose work ethic I will definitely refer my friend and family to him.

Jose did an exceptional job selling our house. He was very quick in responding to our questions and took time to explain things we did not understand! It was essential to us, to find an agent with integrity & realistic views for selling our house, and Jose met & exceeded these prerequisites!!!! We would highly recommend Jose! We selected Jose Perez after interviewing a couple of other local realtors. We were impressed with his professionalism, follow up, market knowledge and network of talented associates who form Jose's real estate team. Our questions and concerns were promptly answered in a professional manner. Jose Perez knows what he is doing and understands the Victorville market. Our home sold $15,000 higher than what the other interviewed realtors estimated would be the selling price. Bottom line, Jose Perez is a professional and someone you can count on to deliver results whether you are buying or selling. We were pleased with our working relationship and think you will be too.

Jose is amazing realtor and an absolute pleasure to work with. Everything went as planned, Jose’s expertise and dedication were easily noticeable to as he walked us through what we thought was going to be a stressful experience. The entire home selling experience went so smooth, he explained every detail and every step from start to finish, even closed earlier than expected. Our house was listed for a few day before multiple (12+) offers came through. With so many offers it was confusing but Jose helped us sort through them. Our house sold in less than a week for $11k over asking. It doesn’t get any better than that. I would highly recommend Jose to anyone looking for real estate that they can trust to do what’s right for the client. Jose Perez is a Top Notch realtor in my book! Thanks Jose

Jose is not just a realtor, but becomes your friend, your ally, going far beyond his job description. We were dealing with the worst seller and seller's agent and we would have likely given up if it was not for Jose's dedication, professionalism, and knowledge. Very hard to find real people anywhere in business in this day and age, especially in the area of real estate: well this gentleman hits all points with expertise!

This was a hard sale because the buyers finances took a long time to clear and there were several extensions on the escrow. Jose worked hard and handled things well even when it looked like things may fall threw at times. He was very helpful on establishing listing prices and the preparations for the sale. He was always professional in how he handled all the different circumstances.

As a first-time homebuyer I was not very knowledgeable about the homebuying process, but Jose Perez was a great help. I had a positive experience having Jose Perez as an agent. Jose was professional, always on top of his stuff, and very friendly making us feel comfortable while viewing houses. We had lots of questions which he answered honestly and with a high level of expertise. Jose had great communication and worked efficiently making the process go smoothly.
