I would like to express that I had a great experience with Coldwell Banker Home Source, and my Realtor Dina Perez.
I am a seasoned General Contractor of 20 plus years, and flip homes. I experienced it all, and there are a lot of fly by night companies out there that I truly regret working with. I'm convinced it pays to use a good reputable company familiar with the area, and has good connections with other reputable companies.
