Working with Kari was an absolute dream! She came through on every aspect of a really complicated transaction. She listened to what our needs were, advocated for us when wanted specific things, and was willing to always go the mile for us. Kari is all you could want or need in an agent! From day 1, I knew she was on our side! Even before we had officially signed with her, she provided general insight and guidance to our family as we helped our Aunt prepare to sell her home. When we were ready to go to market, she guided us through the process step by step with clear instructions and expectations. Kari kept the lines of communication open, updating us even when we didn’t ask. She informed us of each step, quickly responding to calls/texts, she answered questions, and provided insight on the market and the offers we received for the house. Not once did Kari try to pressure or influence us into any decisions that would have favored her or her company. She was neutral in the information she gave us, while still having our Aunt's best interest in mind. She provided previous sales data from the local area to us to help establish the base sale price. The photos of the home were excellent, she promoted the home and in only a week, we closed well above our asking price. She explained each offer we received and what the benefits might or might not be for each one. She demonstrated her expertise in the Real Estate industry more than once! Selling or buying is a complex process and having somebody like Kari in your corner takes the stress and worry away!! If you are looking for an agent to represent you, I highly recommend Kari and her team!!!

Kari was simply amazing! Having to sell my childhood home that my parents have lived in for 60 years was the hardest things I’ve done. She was professional, caring, sympathetic and extremely supportive. She not only was knowledgeable and a go getter, she was genuinely supportive of my situation. Communication was right on point, she was simply a bright light during a difficult time. Kari made this whole process go smoothly, her Mom even assisted me with my parents move to an assisted living facility. She just went that extra mile for me.
