SUZANNE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGE ABOUT CURRENT MARKET SITUATION IN THE AREAS. SHE KNEW RIGHT AWAY ABOUT PRICE AND DID VERYWELL TO EXPLAIN WHAT I CAN EXPECT AS FAR AS PRICE AND CONDITIONS OF SELLING. THERE WERE NO TRICKS INVOLVED, SHE DID VERYGOOD JOB GETTING DOCUMENTS READY. VERY RESPECTABLE IN THE AREA OF PROPERTY.

She told me she could have me out in two weeks but it took two years. During this time she showed my house every evening to several people and no one put in any offer. I ended up using a much better Realtor.
