As a California realtor, I was looking to invest out of state. I was introduced to Fran during a California transaction to purchase in her home state in Missouri. We interviewed a few different real estate agents and found Fran to be the best qualified to list and sell our home. Fran is absolutly amazing. I tried multiple different agent to help me purchase a home from my mother in law for over a year and a half and every agent had problem with the purchase that they did not know how to fix. After being completely exhausted with the process and starting to think it was impossible to get done i finally called Fran. As soon as I told her my situation she immediatly had a solution. What other realtor could not get done in a year and a half Fran got done in under 30 day with better results and a lower mortgage than all the other realtors I had dealt with said Id have. Fran always answered the phone whenever I called and answer all of my sometimes Im sure were ridiculous questions and concerns quickly and happily. Fran was a angel sent from heaven to help me and my family and I would reccomend anyone other than Fran to all my friends family and even complete strangers there is no one better. Thank You So Much Fran!!!

I have a unique situation. I have never met Fran. She was referred to me by a friend. I became Guardian of my aunt with advanced dementia. I live in Washington and moved her in with me. Her home is in California. Fran found several obstacles and hurdles we had to deal with in this situation. She found the answers to all the questions and problems we encountered in order to sell this home. She was as much my legal council as my realtor. Dealing with an out of state sale has it's own set of problems. Fortunately for me, Fran had delt with this situation before and knew exactually where to start and how to follow through with the transaction. She was constantly in touch with me and at no time did I feel "alone" in this transaction. I have never sold a home before especially one that had so many different rules and regulations from a normal sale. I felt confident and comfortable with Fran and never felt like I had a stupid question! She answered them all and put my mind at ease. Fran would be my first choice in a realitor for another sale or purchase of a home. Beside being a professional, she has a real person to person touch. had the pleasure to have Fran help me on 2 occasions... (1st)17 years ago Fran helped me buy my 1st home. She made it such a smooth process, that it had taken the scariness out of new hone ownership. helping me get 1st time home buyer assistance, I was able to put the money we saved into improvements into our new home. (2nd) Not long ago, My father had passed onto heaven, So We were in need of a great realtor, remembering Fran from my past great experience with Fran, we decided to use Fran to sell the home my parents had built for them to retire in, they retired young so they were in that home for at least 30+ years... Fran was very helpful from the very start, she recommended a very good company to clear out my parents house and put up items for auction. we started out trying to sell the house at a good price, but then because we had to put my mom into a home, we kind of needed to sell the home quicker, Fran found someone to buy my parents home quickly. Fran always was in constant communications with us from the Start to the very end! She has experience working with living trusts, Escrow company's, getting documents signed electronically. I want to add, Fran has years and years of experience, Nothing beats experience, she was very kind, and thoughtful in our wishes. I will surely recommend Fran to everyone, for buying or selling a home. She is the best!!

My daughter has known Fran for a pretty long time so when I was ready to sell my house in 2017 we gave her a call. She saw me the next day and helped me understand what we needed to do and how fast. We sold my house in like 2 weeks but moved out in 30 days anyways fran is a very intelligent lady she knows what to do how to do it and when. She doesn't mess u up and all she cares about is that her clients get the best service ever with no problem. She met all my ideas and beyond. I feel safe with her and I'm so very happy with her. Fran is a consummate professional. I have used her on more than one house and each time she takes the time to explain the real estate transaction and all the transactions went through smoothly. When I was buying a house, Fran was knowledgeable about the area I was interested in and knew the houses we looked at, though she was not the selling agent. When selling my houses, she had a real sense about how much we could sell the house for and what the market was. She is personable and reliable. Thanks to a recommendation from a dear friend Andrew Andreasen we entered into an unusable sale of my sisters house on Limestone circle. We still had a stubern tenant in the house. Since I live in San Diego and the owner, my sister also living with me, my other niece in Colorado at the time paperwork was forwarded to my house, but the house needed to be cleared for this sale. We could not have been more satisfied and impressed how smoothly the transaction came along.
