We first worked with Barb in 2006 and have had a total of 6 transactions with her. She is our "go to" person for all things real estate. This most recent transaction was critical to close within a short time frame for tax purposes. Barb managed to quickly find the perfect buyer and we closed in less than 30 days. Her personal service during this and all of our transactions is why we will always recommend her. She goes above and beyond on facilitating everything so it proceeds smoothly: before, during, and after the sale.

We made the decision to use Barb Gottuso as our agent because of her extensive knowledge of our area, her tenacity, great reputation, and most importantly, she made us feel respected and comfortable with every step along the way.

Barbara L. Gottuso was the agent for my home purchase in September 2021. I am a first time home buyer (now owner) and Barb was absolutely wonderful to work with! Barb was extremely helpful, open, honest, transparent and reliable through the whole process, and she understood my needs and expectations; she really does care about her clients and her community. She knows practically everyone in the area and was always able to find answers/solutions for me. Barb was honest and put in a LOT of work in order to get me into my house; she truly went above and beyond to make sure I had a good home buying experience. I would recommend Barbara to any of my family or friends!! Thank you so much Barb, you are amazing!

My house was sold the same day of listing and we were able to get an offer accepted on a new house within a week of each other. In this market as a buyer it seems to be extremely hard to come in with a top offer to get accepted over others but Barb was able to do just that! I wouldn’t work with any realtor!

Barb was so attentive to us throughout our entire purchasing process. We called her late one evening when we had first started our search for a new home and she dropped everything she was doing to help us. Within minutes of getting off the phone with her she was already sending us listings. That very next day we went to our first showing and made an offer. She was so quick to respond to us whenever we reached out to her and she kept us in the loop on everything. We have dealt with realtors in the past who basically had us to all of the work and search for our own homes and never responded to us. Barb was not that way! She was great and an amazing person to work with. She made this process so easy!

We loved working with Barbara, she was willing and understanding our needs and wants to our future. Barbara, was patient, persistent on the aggressive market. Will definitely call Barbara if I need another house for me or my relatives. Thanks to Barbara she found us the right house, she didn’t let us give up finding a house in this aggressive market. Barbara goes above and beyond on the call of duty.

Barbara is very professional and answered all our questions. I am referring her to all our family and friends. It is very important to me to have someone who is very approachable and I would rate Barbara a 120 percent. By the time we found Barbara we were frustrated. Barbara went above and beyond to change my frustrations into feeling confident and excited. Thank you Barbara!
