Great little lot for a neighbor to pick up to add some lot size or maybe some parking. High demand for parking in the small streets of Arrowhead Villas. There is a moratorium in the Arrowhead Villas at the moment which inhibits the issuances of new meters so the only real use case for the lot is what I noted above.
