Team Love creates and develops successful relationships between buyers and sellers of residential homes and properties throughout the Victor Valley. Although they have vast experience in the real estate community throughout, their passion and specialty is serving the senior communities of age fifty plus and helping families throughout the process of probate.
April Love has over 22 years of real estate experience all obtained in the Victor Valley. Her rookie years were filled with land and homes sales at Ben Hinkle Real Estate. She then took a position at Shear Realty where she continued her success in new home sales, land and residential resales. In 2007, she comprised a short sale team and helped alleviate the communities of foreclosures. In 2016 to present she remains one of Coldwell Banker Home Source’s top agents at the Jess Ranch location servicing the communities of mature adults.
Tuesday Nickels in addition to her years in real estate has an extensive background in marketing and the printing industry which ensures her clients receive specialized service in this important part of the selling process seeing top notch results. Tuesday also graduated from the Dale Carnegie Sales School and is highly skilled in sales negotiations. Nickels is also one of Coldwell Banker Home Source’s top sales and listing agents.
April Love and Tuesday Nickels have the high level of compassion and patience it takes to be successful in supporting their mature clients who find themselves needing to make changes to their living environment due to life-changing decisions that come with age.
Both Realtors are certified Senior Real Estate Specialists plus certified in Probate and Trust sales. Team Love has the combined demographic-specific knowledge to serve their clients with a feeling of security and camaraderie when selling, buying, relocating residential or investment properties.

To say going above and beyond is an understatement. Thanks to the knowledge and experience this team has, all the unknowns and fears that go with making the decision to sell a home were not only taken care of, but every step was explained with such care, I never felt alone or mislead on the possible outcomes of inspections etc. The effort put into every detail to make sure the protection of the client is so evident, the process seemed much less daunting than anticipated.
