Mike was really great during the whole process! He listened and understood my needs as a seller. I have kids and pets and it makes it difficult to show the house at a moment's notice. He was an excellent middle man and made sure those that were interested understood my needs! He made the process easy and as stress free as possible. He did his very best to get the house sold in a timely manner. Mike was there to answer any questions and he was honest about it. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone that is looking for a realtor. He's definitely great at his job and is very knowledgeable. He also cares about his clients and made sure that anyone that came to see the house respected my wishes. I really appreciate everything that Mike has done to get my house off the market!

Michael was a great agent, he wanted to know what we were looking for in our new home. he ent to work and found us multiple places that all fit what we were looking for. we made our offer, and michael stayed in touch the whole way threw the process. he was great and friendly. i would reccomend him to anyone that is looking for a new home, or anyone that is selling a home. Mr. Vedder was patient, very friendly, and helpful. We were referring to him through a program and had no clue how it works or what to do outside of finding a home. We were skeptical that it would be a waste of time, but Mr. Vedder had the knowledge and was able to answer questions that we had. Mr. Vedder help us figure it all out and worked with the program to help us find the perfect starter home. We truly appreciated all the help he gave us. I would highly recommend him and look forward to working with him again.

Michael was on top of everything. He explained everything and always answered my phone calls.As a first time buyer I needed guidance and he did just that and so much more. I truly believe Michael went above and beyond an agents work description. He was someone I could call/text at any time of the day and he’d answer and help me out or calm my nerves when I was stressed about a certain situation. He helped me talk to my lender and always was upfront with them letting them know what we needed to get this done. I have already recommended him to a couple friends of mine for when they’re ready to buy a house. He’s someone you can trust with this kind of stuff. I found Michael Vedder to be a very competent Realtor with exceptional communication skills. He kept a good pulse on the market and secured a great selling price for the homes I was selling. He looked out for my best interests by wisely writing items into selling contracts so as to mitigate my loss of time and money. He was helpful by being up-front and forthcoming with information (both to me and other Realtors). I had a couple of "unexpected" situations occur with buyers, and Michael worked quickly and sensibly to secure other buyers when the first buyers did not fulfil their contract. Michael was easy to get ahold of, and returned my calls and texts punctually. He listened well, and came up with good marketing strategies. The escrow officer he suggested was wonderfully efficient and a real pleasure to work with! Michael is experienced, pro-active, courageous and professional. He served his country proudly, and I believe he serves his clients just as proudly.

Mike is a straight shooter. I have only known Mike for about 3 months but seems like we knew him forever. I have heard many horror stories of buying a house over the years which kept me from even trying. It became necessary to start looking and there were no horror stories. Mike made it as easy as he could and answered all questions right away. He was really the go to guy. I think he is the example for other realtors to follow. I would and will recommend him to others. Mike was extremely professional, he gave advice to me through the whole process but i never felt pressured by him. I feel he helped lead me to the best outcome. I was interested in seeing what i could get for my house so i called the coldwell office in hesperia. Mike answered the phone and was very honest didnt try to sell me anything and was very helpfull. I eventualy used him a couple months later and i absolutley enjoyed him, he was great to deal with. He is very personable and honest, also i knew when i left the house in his care for veiwings he treated it like it was his own house and took very good care of rhe house and my family. Great guy and great realtor would recommend him to anyone.

Michael has been such a wonderful realtor and friend! He has gone Above and Beyond to help us sell our house in spring valley lake. Twice before we’ve tried to sell our house but never got close. Mike Vedder is the standard by while all realtors should be judged!. He helped us buy our house and then sell it a couple years later. He always kept us up to date on the process and was available to answer our questions quickly. He looked out for our best Interests and was always honest. Very lucky we came across Mike. The process was very quick and as first time home buyers he was extremely knowledgable and helpful for us understanding the steps and things to know about buying a home. Michael is excellent to work with! He was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, but what I was most impressed by was his great suggestions on things I could do to help best present my property without being pushy. They were good tips and I felt like he was suggesting them as a professional with good advice instead of as someone trying to squeeze every dime out of a sale. I am happiest to end this review with the fact that I took his advice and sold my house very, very quickly!

I am a first time home buyer and was really uneasy going into the process because I didn't want to get taken advantage of. I began with a listing agent that was not fulfilling my needs. I met michael by chance at an open house in apple valley. I ended my relationship with my current realtor and started conducting my business through him. I can truly say that michael attended all my needs in a timely and professional. He is very straightforward, ensuring that your needs are taken care of. When buying a house you need michael in your corner. When the house closed and the other realtor stopped answering calls because she had already been paid michael was there every step of the way cleaning up her mess (Claudia Rothwell ). We couldn’t have asked for a better agent. My husband and I were new to the high desert. We met Michael at an open house he was hosting. He was very attentive to each home buyer and his follow up was very personable. Michael took great care of us and have since become an extension to our family.
