Robyn Morgan impressed me and my family as a very knowledgable, approachable and personable agent from day one. She connected with us both on a personal and a professional level, and listened to our concerns very well. She communicated well with us, always informing us and updating us of what was happening. When we could not attend to some repair needs, she went out of her way to make arrangements for us, and made sure that the needs were met. She made manageable for us the complicated process of selling the house. She always looked out for the best interests of me and my family. She helped us sell the house within a reasonable amount of time. I cannot be happier with the outcome -- all thanks to Robyn's great work.

An excellent communicator who listens to your expectations and doesn't waste your time. Promotes the listing in a professional manner and is willing to put the potential transaction as her priority. Thus was a 1031 exchange sale not the easiest type to work through but she handled it flawlessly. Robyn has been the greatest realtor that I have dealt with by far. I was relocated from another state for a really wonderful job and I had to find a place to live. I had some issues with my credit that I didn’t know about so I couldn’t finance until I repaired my credit. You’d think that would be a problem right? Single guy no kids, just rent until you get your credit fixed then go buy a house. There was a complication with that, I have an XXL dog (180lbs) that rehoming simply isn’t an option. So renting was entirely out of the picture, I HAD to buy a house. So credit repair was the only option. Another wrench in the situation was the fact that I moved and boarded on company dime, and only had a limited timeframe in which I needed to do it before life got very expensive for me. Robyn worked with me until I got preapproved and the deadline for my stay was almost 30 days out, just to make a close in the nick of time. We looked at some houses and with my desperation none of them were that great but I needed to pick something fast and I almost did. But Robyn told me “don’t settle” and I took her advice. After that when I tell you she dug deep and hustled after she saw how bad the situation was, I am not kidding the next day it was like she pulled houses out of thin air that were all higher quality that weren’t there the day before. We found one that was perfect for me, lots of smart home stuff, excellent yard for my dog, great garage, it was a perfect match. I don’t know where I’d be without Robyn and I appreciate everything she has done for me.

At a time when I had just lost my husband and moved to Oklahoma, Robyn took care of everything, she went way over and beyond what I expected, she took care of everything for me, I would never use anyone else, she is awesome!!I was out of state and she did it all, I never had to worry about anything.I recommend her to everyone I know. My wife and I didn’t know a thing about Apple Valley, California, when we first started to look for a house there. We were connected to Robyn Morgan, when we called Coldwell Banker. Robyn gave us the “lay of the land” for Apple Valley and took our concerns and suggests without issue. She set up home tours during Covid restrictions and kept us informed as to the requirements for the tours. She was always available to answer questions about home tours or about specifics of a home or area. She knows the realty in’s and out’s in Apple Valley, San Bernardino County and California. Having a realtor that knows the area and who has the wealth and depth of knowledge about real estate, as she does, is a huge plus for anyone using her to either sell or buy a home. She helped us get an incredible house. And she made the purchase process as painless as possible. My only regret is that we didn’t use her to sell our old house. Due to Covid concerns, we decided to use Zillow for the sale of our old house. What a mistake! Zillow low-balled their Zestimate and jeopardized the purchase of our new home because they did not understand the closing process for LA county. Fortunately, Robyn resolved all of the issues with closing and escrow timing. Robyn is a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to sell or buy a home in Apple Valley or the surrounding area.

Our experience with Robyn Morgan was excellent. Even though she was chosen my our lender as part of lender credit incentive (which meant it took a cut of her normal commission) she happily put in many hours as a traditional full service agent during our home search and closing process. This included multiple full days of taking us on tours of various houses. Even though we were pretty picky on what we wanted and the market at the time was hot where we were outbid on a few offers we initially put in, she never relented. And most of all, she was able to find the house we ended up buying (and liking the most) using her connections with her realty agency that allowed us to put in a offer on a house before it went on market. I have no doubt we would have been outbid on that house if it was on the open market for everyone. During the closing she was present for the appraisal, inspection, and final walk through, and helped guide us with negotiating repair requests from the inspection report.
