Robyn Morgan impressed me and my family as a very knowledgable, approachable and personable agent from day one. She connected with us both on a personal and a professional level, and listened to our concerns very well. She communicated well with us, always informing us and updating us of what was happening. When we could not attend to some repair needs, she went out of her way to make arrangements for us, and made sure that the needs were met. She made manageable for us the complicated process of selling the house. She always looked out for the best interests of me and my family. She helped us sell the house within a reasonable amount of time. I cannot be happier with the outcome -- all thanks to Robyn's great work.
An excellent communicator who listens to your expectations and doesn't waste your time. Promotes the listing in a professional manner and is willing to put the potential transaction as her priority. Thus was a 1031 exchange sale not the easiest type to work through but she handled it flawlessly. Robyn has been the greatest realtor that I have dealt with by far. I was relocated from another state for a really wonderful job and I had to find a place to live. I had some issues with my credit that I didn’t know about so I couldn’t finance until I repaired my credit. You’d think that would be a problem right? Single guy no kids, just rent until you get your credit fixed then go buy a house. There was a complication with that, I have an XXL dog (180lbs) that rehoming simply isn’t an option. So renting was entirely out of the picture, I HAD to buy a house. So credit repair was the only option. Another wrench in the situation was the fact that I moved and boarded on company dime, and only had a limited timeframe in which I needed to do it before life got very expensive for me. Robyn worked with me until I got preapproved and the deadline for my stay was almost 30 days out, just to make a close in the nick of time. We looked at some houses and with my desperation none of them were that great but I needed to pick something fast and I almost did. But Robyn told me “don’t settle” and I took her advice. After that when I tell you she dug deep and hustled after she saw how bad the situation was, I am not kidding the next day it was like she pulled houses out of thin air that were all higher quality that weren’t there the day before. We found one that was perfect for me, lots of smart home stuff, excellent yard for my dog, great garage, it was a perfect match. I don’t know where I’d be without Robyn and I appreciate everything she has done for me.
