I've been a real estate agent since 1990 and elevated to a broker license in 1996. I list and sell homes in all price ranges. My specialties are lakefront homes and relocations, but I work with all types of buyers and sellers. It gives me great pleasure helping buyers find the perfect home and helping sellers find the right buyers for their home.

I've worked with Phyllis on two home transactions. I bought my primary home with her in 2020 and then I sold the same home in 2021. When I sold the home, I was out of state for the entire transaction. Phyllis was able to make this long distance transaction very easy. She had some great suggestions regarding some sprucing up that the house needed and these small investments paid off exponentially. Phyllis was always in communication with me as issues developed. She always responded immediately when I had a question. A home purchase is already a stressful process and Phyllis was great at helping smooth the process as much as possible. She was honest and helpful and just a pleasure to work with throughout both transactions. Her knowledge of the process and ability to help sift through multiple offers to find the right buyer was very helpful.I had another property transaction that involved another agent in 2021. I felt like I was speaking to a used car salesman in each interaction. That is not how Phyllis operates. There is no exaggeration. No braggadocio. No uneasy feeling of dishonesty. She was truthful and sincere and honest in all of our interactions.The three things that stood out was her quick communication (if anything was delayed it was because of me), her attention to the small things and her open and honest behavior.I would gladly work with Phyllis again if the opportunity arose.

Phyllis was extremely professional and helpful during our search for a living space. Phyllis took care of every little detail in the most efficient and effective manner, and was always on top of everything. Throughout the process, as anyone would, we had many questions as this was a significant step to take, and Phyllis was there to assist in answering all of them. Phyllis knowledge skills were impressive, and response times were very reasonable.Phyllis made my real estate experience easy and stress free, and therefore I would recommend Phyllis to anyone that is looking to buy or sell a home. The process can be intimidating, however Phyllis will allow you to go through it as stress free as possible. You will never feel as though Phyllis left you out or has forgotten about you, as communication is top notch. Phyllis will make the experience an amazing one, and one that you will enjoy.

Phyllis was a life saver for my partner and I as we navigated buying our first home. She had our best interests in mind during the entire process. She worked with us in a super tough market and kept us realistic and on-target. Can't recommend her enough.
